Fleetwood Custom Homes offers clients a Design/Build Program, utilizing a team approach, that features a collaborative effort between the clients, the builder and the architect/designer. Insuring design and cost compatibility, this concept allows clients to consider design possibilities and finish ideas, as well as get valuable cost input and suggestions by FWCH as plans progress. The process evolves from a site evaluation and initial floor plans and preliminary estimates based upon the clients vision and desires, to completed plans and a fixed price construction contract. This streamlined process also allows clients to concentrate on the important design aspects of their home while FWCH coordinates with the various entities on behalf of its clients. This proven process, gives clients the opportunity to enjoy their new home in a most timely fashion.
